A colour shaped by the harvest
Linden honey may be pale yellow, golden or tea-coloured, sometimes with a faint greenish tint. It naturally crystallises over time, often into a fine texture. In some harvests linden nectar may be accompanied by a small amount of honeydew, adding extra depth to the colour and aroma.
Distinctive yet versatile
Pair it with tea, bread, desserts and baking. It is also excellent with cheese or in a mustard-based sauce, where the fresh, gently herbal note brings extra character to the combination.
