Delivery and returns

Information about delivery, parcel receipt, cancellation and returns.

Last updated: 06.08.2026
Documents Store terms and conditions Privacy policy Delivery and returns

Effective from 6 August 2026.

This page explains delivery, collection, withdrawal, returns and complaints in practical terms. Full rules appear in the Store Terms and Conditions. Any more favourable mandatory right continues to apply.

1. Delivery area

Online orders are delivered within Poland. If checkout does not offer delivery to an address, contact darypszczol@gmail.com before buying. International delivery is not promised unless separately agreed.

2. Available methods

Checkout displays only methods available for the particular order. They may include:

  • InPost Paczkomat or PaczkoPunkt – select a point on the map; availability depends on the active InPost integration;
  • Pocztex PUNKT or AUTOMAT – select a branch, point or machine on the map;
  • courier – delivery to an accurately supplied address;
  • personal collection – Dyniska 8, 22-678 Ulhówek; PLN 0.00, with collection time confirmed after preparation.

The Customer is responsible for accurate address, contact and point details. A telephone number and e-mail may be given to the carrier for delivery or collection notices.

3. Delivery price

The price follows the current Store rules and may depend on method, parcel weight, order value, guest or Account purchase and payment on delivery. This page therefore does not publish a fixed price list that could become outdated.

The binding delivery charge, payment charge and full order price are always shown in the final summary before “Order with obligation to pay” is clicked. No charge that the Customer did not expressly accept is added after submission.

4. Weight and parcel splitting

The maximum weight of one parcel is 20 kg.

  • Up to 20 kg, the order is sent as one parcel unless the Products require different safe packing.
  • Above 20 kg and up to 40 kg, the Store explains that two parcels are needed and obtains express consent before purchase.
  • Splitting an order into two parcels does not cause a second delivery fee.
  • If the Customer does not consent, the order can be reduced or abandoned before submission.
  • Above 40 kg, standard delivery cannot be submitted. Contact us to arrange transport individually; no extra charge is binding without prior acceptance.

5. Payment and start of fulfilment

For an ordinary transfer, preparation may start after the full amount is credited. Bank and reference details are supplied after submission. For payment on delivery, fulfilment may start after acceptance, and the applicable delivery rate is calculated before purchase. Where Stripe or Autopay is active, the order is updated after the provider confirms the transaction.

6. Timing and tracking

The estimated time or information needed to determine it is displayed during ordering or in confirmation. Availability, receipt of prepayment, business days and the carrier's schedule affect timing. A material delay will be notified by e-mail.

A tracking number is provided after dispatch where available. Notices may come directly from InPost, Pocztex/Poczta Polska or the courier.

For a Consumer, risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes only when the Product is handed to the Consumer or a designated third party other than the carrier. An exception may apply where the Consumer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by the Seller.

7. Receipt and parcel damage

It is useful to check whether a parcel is torn, wet, crushed or resealed. If visible damage exists:

  1. photograph the parcel and label;
  2. report it to the carrier and, where possible, make a damage report;
  3. contact darypszczol@gmail.com with the order number.

A carrier report and photographs help establish what happened but are not a condition for accepting a Consumer complaint.

8. Uncollected parcel or incorrect address

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, refused without a withdrawal statement, or addressed using incorrect Customer data, we will contact the Customer about re-dispatch, collection or ending the contract. The actual documented cost of re-dispatch may be agreed where the Customer caused the return. There are no automatic penalties.

9. Fourteen-day withdrawal

A Consumer and a sole trader for whom the particular contract is not professional in nature may generally withdraw from an online contract without giving a reason within 14 days after receipt. Where Products arrive separately, the period starts on receipt of the last Product.

To exercise the right:

  1. before the 14-day deadline, send an unequivocal statement to darypszczol@gmail.com or the Seller's postal address;
  2. no later than 14 days after the statement, return the Product to Pasieka rodzinna Dary pszczół Wojciech Lisecki, Dyniska 8, 22-678 Ulhówek, Poland;
  3. protect the jar or other packaging against breakage and leakage; include the order number to speed up identification.

The Consumer bears the direct return cost unless otherwise agreed. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted without prior arrangement.

10. Reimbursement

Following valid withdrawal, all payments received are reimbursed, including the least expensive ordinary delivery offered for the order. Any excess resulting from a more expensive delivery choice is excluded.

Reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another cost-free method. It may be withheld until the Product or evidence of dispatch is received, whichever occurs first.

The Consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

11. Exceptions for certain Products

The right to withdraw may be excluded where the particular Product:

  • is liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • was supplied sealed, is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene after opening, and was unsealed after delivery;
  • was made to the Customer's individual specifications;
  • became inseparably mixed with another item after delivery.

We do not exclude every honey, pollen or propolis product merely because it is food. An exception is used only where the statutory conditions are actually met. An exception from withdrawal never excludes a complaint about non-conforming goods.

12. Delivery or Product complaint

Contact darypszczol@gmail.com if a Product is damaged, not as described, missing, in the wrong quantity or the wrong variant. A complaint may also be posted to the Seller.

Helpful details are: name, order number, problem description, date noticed, requested resolution and, where available, photographs of the Product, packaging and batch label. These help but are not absolute conditions. A receipt, agricultural sales document, original packaging or carrier report is not required where the purchase and issue can be established otherwise.

We respond to a Consumer complaint on a durable medium within 14 days of receipt. The Seller bears justified collection, transport, replacement and other statutory conformity costs. Complaint and withdrawal are separate rights.

13. Model withdrawal statement
