Creamed honey
Velvety, smooth and pleasantly thick, creamed honey is made for easy scooping and spreading. It is less likely to run off your toast and does not leave large, hard crystals on the tongue. Its flavour and aroma depend on the honey chosen as the base.
No cream — just patience and careful craft
“Creamed” describes the texture, not the addition of dairy. The effect comes from controlling honey’s natural crystallisation while it is carefully stirred. Instead of large crystals, many very small ones form, creating a soft and even structure.
Ready for breakfast
It is at its best on fresh bread, toast, pancakes, waffles or sweet braided bread. Spoon it over porridge or pair it with fruit — the dense texture makes it easy to measure exactly as much as you want.
The natural colour and aroma depend on the variety of honey used as the base for each batch.
